If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on exchanges. This policy has been created to ensure customer convenience and satisfaction.
The following terms apply to any products purchased from us:
Order Cancellation Rights
The deadline for cancelling an order is 3 days from the date of delivery or from when a third party you appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

We will process your refund within 4 days after receiving the returned goods in their original condition. We will use our standard payment method, and you will not incur any fees for reimbursement.
Conditions for Exchange
No returns.
Exchange can be claimed within 5 days of purchase if you have received a defective suit. The item must be in its original condition with the receipt, original tags, all pieces, and accessories.
No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on promotional products.
If a full-priced item goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked-down price.
Claims on previous season’s stock will not be entertained.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and non-returnable in any form.
If an incorrect item is received, it can only be returned to the House of Siyaab Outlet, provided it is in its original condition. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
All displayed prices do not include shipping charges, duties, or taxes. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout after selecting the shipping mode.
Color variations may occur due to differences in screens and professional lighting used during photography.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
Returning Goods
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send returns to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipments. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
